We had a lovely time touring Eden Farms and their hydroponic setup with Slow Food Indy today! All of us at CODO are pretty set in our container / square foot / vertical gardening ways and it was cool to learn about an entirely different way of growing food. We’re so intrigued that we’ve decided to dedicate a small portion of our office to a hydroponic cherry tomato set up. Stay tuned.
